Free shipping

FREE shipping applies as follows:

England & Wales

  • All orders of only supplement or care products over £75.
  • Orders over £250 with less than 5 bags of feed included

Scotland

  • All orders from these postcode areas are now considered same shipping cost as England & Wales. DD1 – DD7, DD10 – DD11, EH1 – EH49, EH51 – EH55, EH91 – EH99, FK1 – FK16, G1 – G5, G9, G11 – G15, G20 – G23, G31 – G35, G40 – G46, G51 – G53. Surcharge areas are calculated on weight and the cost is subsidised by us.

We send most of our UK mainland parcels out with APC. Every parcel will require either a signature (pre-COVID) or verification. Any instructions will be passed on but we can not guarantee they will be followed. If you request a "leave it xxx" please then note this will be totally at your own risk.

For smaller care product items we use an alternative courier. 

We estimate a 2-5 day delivery.

Northern Ireland, Remote British Isles (including IOM, Scilly & IOW)

  • Shipping is via Royal Mail at subsidised cost to a maximum of 20Kg. We are unable to economically ship feed other than in pallets.

Feed Shipping

We realise shipping costs are a barrier to purchase but due to near daily rises in the cost of shipping and feed this price list has updated 6th Jan 2023.

Because of higher courier charges this is based on the following:

Border Areas

First bag - £9.80. Each additional bag to 5 bags +£7. Over that please call us for a shipping quote

Surcharge Areas

First bag - £19.80. Each additional bag to 5 bags +£7. Over that please call for a shipping quote.

If you need something different then please just ask and we can quote shipping.

Other Regions

Must be on a quotation basis - please just ask.

Mixed Shipping

England & Wales & Scotland (as above postcodes)

So when you have both feed and supplements in the same basket we deal with this a little differently.

If you order less than 5 bags and the total order comes to more than £200 (i.e with supplements and care products) then we will ship this for FREE.

Express shipping

APC Overnight. Again all signed options. Using this option will prioritise your order to be sent the same working day if received before 13:00.

Shipping times

Generally our courier operates an overnight service on working days and collections are Monday - Friday. Royal Mail is as per normal service class speed. They don’t collect at the weekend so orders placed before 13:00 Friday will be delivered Monday. Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday  

Handling times

We aim to dispatch the same day ordered if before 13.00.

International Shipping

Not on this list? Drop us an email through our quotation form, with your shipping address and the items you wish to purchase and we will generate a custom quote for you. 

Provided Shipping Costs

We have provided indicative shipping costs to the most common of our international shipping destinations. These are subject to change in this highly volatile market and may well be higher than you see at check out. We will inform you if this is the case at which point you may choose to cancel your order.

Environmental

Wherever possible we re-use packaging materials. Our bubble wrap in produced on demand and is environmentally friendly and we use paper based tape.

Due to the nature of our products they are mostly supplied in rugged plastic containers. Many, especially the 2Kg items, find varied second lives and we urge you to re-use or responsibly dispose of them.

We offset the carbon we generate for every single order.
